it's 2009 already!

i hope this brand new year will be even more enriching and fulfilling.

i sincerely thanked auntie elaine, uncle ang and bd for the trip =)

it was a trip about

• learning
  
• getting close to history, nature and people
• dong, dong, dong, dong, dong and even more dong
• understanding and accepting another culture

i got really emotional visiting the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City. by just looking at the pictures and reading the descriptions are enough for me. i seemed to feel the pain and helplessness. those pictures spoke for themselves. heroes and innocents were sacrificed. it was devastating.
